Scallop Frames

You can add your favorite textures or patterns to create your frames and you can also modify them and even re-size them to fit your needs. If you prefer to remove the inner frame all you have to do is simply select the magic wand tool and do away with it or you can select it any other way you know and delete it. All the scallop frames come in a PNG format which will allow you to open them in any software you want and they come at 300 DPI.
